Where a pair of shoes has been delivered on time and then returned for a refund a fee for Post and Packaging will be deducted from the refund. The amount will vary depending on the number of shoes – a single pair will range from £7.50 – £12.50

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, it will be shipped by tracked Royal Mail or courier (depending on the area) once your payment has been approved. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date outside the UK as this will depend on the courier service but will keep you updated
Please note: We are not liable for any custom fees at all, these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any charges applying to the import of goods into your chosen country of delivery are not covered by the delivery charges detailed above. If you are in any doubt we suggest you contact your local customs office and request the relevant information before placing your order or returning your goods.
