Orders are accepted subject to current prices at the date of order and as shown on www.dianehassall.com.
Please note that by ordering any of our Products, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as stated on this site and our Shipping and Returns policies.
If you are placing an online order please take your time, read and check every part of your order and amend any errors before submitting it. When we receive your order we will send you an e-mail, acknowledging that we have received it. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or processed, we will confirm acceptance by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the goods are in stock and available.
The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to send out your order as soon as possible and assuming all sizes are in stock, your goods will be sent out within 3 working days. If we do not have your size in stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery dates. If the goods are no longer available, we will inform you of this immediately and will not process your order. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
If you require your shoes urgently a next day delivery option is available for orders placed before 1 pm and is only available if the goods are in stock and available.
Orders with hand beading or any other personalisation may take up to 28 days. Please contact us for further information if this period is not acceptable and we will make every effort to fulfil your order as speedily as we can.
Unexpected events beyond our control may affect our delivery terms, in which case we will contact you with a revised delivery date.
Payment must be made when the order is placed including delivery costs – please see our shipping page for costs.
Prices quoted on the website include VAT where applicable and are shown in UK pounds sterling (£).
Carriage is charged on all orders as quoted on the website unless quoted otherwise by email.
Your consumer right of refund and return
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Diane Hassall product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our site.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use.

Representation, condition & returns
We have made every effort with our photography on this site to ensure that our colours are accurately represented, however there will be some variation in computer display tolerances and we cannot guarantee that all computers will accurately reflect the true colour of the goods. Your goods and the colour of your goods may vary slightly from those images. Please note: these are not classed as faults.
We thoroughly check all our orders before they are sent out to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Deliveries should be thoroughly inspected by the customer on receipt and in the unlikely event of a problem please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
If a manufacturing fault appears within 6 months of purchase please contact us to discuss, where possible we will repair the goods or exchange for a similar product where appropriate.
Please note items that are damaged by wear and tear or accidental damage are not classified as faulty.
Please note, we are unable to refund or exchange made to order styles, you will be notified if the style selected is a made to order style in your confirmation email.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products to Diane Hassall Ltd unless the goods are shown to be faulty.
Diane Hassall shoes are made to be worn again but are very special shoes and are not intended for everyday wear and should be treated with the utmost care and respect.
Diane Hassall Ltd shall remain the sole owner of all goods until payment has been received in full .
The title (ownership) remains with Diane Hassall Ltd until full payment has been made.
All shoes, accessories and other related designs are the copyright of Diane Hassall Ltd. They should not be copied or replicated in any way. You may not distribute, post or display and part of this site without prior permission.
